OhioGuidestone in the News: MRSS on New Day Cleveland

MRSS on New Day Cleveland, Nicole Klimas-Morrison Talks to Host

OhioGuidestone is committed to ensuring children, youth, and families have access to timely behavioral health support when they need it most. As part of that commitment, Nicole Klimas-Morrison, Regional Director of Operations at OhioGuidestone, appeared on New Day Cleveland this June to discuss Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) in Erie County.

During the conversation, Nicole highlighted how MRSS provides community-based support, within 60 minutes of placing a phone call to 988, for children and youth experiencing behavioral health crises. She discussed how the program helps families navigate challenging situations by bringing trained professionals directly to where support is needed, whether at home, school, or another community setting.

Providing rapid access to care and support can make all the difference for children and families facing crises. Through MRSS, families can receive timely, responsive services designed to help stabilize crises and build pathways toward continued well-being.
