OhioGuidestone’s Lorain Health Center is now accepting new primary care patients.

Getting quality health care should be easy. Our primary care services make it convenient to get treatment for common illnesses, stay current on preventive screenings, and manage ongoing health conditions.

From sick visits and annual physicals to women’s health and chronic disease management, we provide convenient, accessible care for individuals and families at every stage of life.

Our primary care services include a wide variety of treatments and services to address the most common and complex health care needs. We focus on preventative care to help you stay ahead of potential health issues and make sure your overall well-being is prioritized. Some of the key services we provide include:

• Flu Shots: Convenient flu vaccinations available at no cost to you.*
• Sick Visits: Treatment for common illnesses and ailments, including coughs, colds, sore throats, ear infections, sinus infections, flu symptoms, UTIs, and minor infections.
• Annual Checkups and Physicals: Routine wellness exams, preventive screenings, and health assessments.
• Women’s Health Services: Women’s wellness visits, STI testing, pregnancy testing, and routine women’s health care.
• Infant and Children’s Health Visits: Well-child visits, growth and development checks, and recommended screenings.
• Medicare Wellness Visits: Welcome to Medicare and Annual Medicare Wellness visits.
• Chronic Condition Management: Ongoing care for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma.
• Vaccinations and Immunizations: Recommended vaccines to help protect you and your family.
• Vision and Hearing Screenings: Basic screenings to identify potential vision and hearing concerns.
