He has been in the social work field for 7 years and officially became a social worker 3 years ago upon graduating from Cleveland State University. He first joined OhioGuidestone as a behavioral health specialist with a passion for Juvenile Justice. This passion is rooted in his own past as an at-risk youth. Ronald has a personal stake in working with youth and influencing a system where the odds are against individuals. After receiving his LSW when his graduate program concluded, he began his role as a therapist in the Juvenile Justice program at OhioGuidestone, where he was able to expand his toolkit to include IOP SUD services. Through the IOP SUD program, he developed a passion for working with youth, specifically with substance use issues. This has become Ronald's niche within his work.
