Berea, Ohio, Sept. 1, 2023 – OhioGuidestone, the state’s leader in community behavioral health, has been named a 2023 NorthCoast 99 award winner for top talent!

The NorthCoast 99 awards are presented by ERC, the Employers Resource Council, and honors 99 Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent.

NorthCoast 99 winning organizations were required to provide information on topics including how an organization addresses top-performer attraction, development, and retention in strategy, policies, and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding; employee well-being; employee engagement and talent development; total rewards; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

“We pride ourselves in offering a flexible, supportive employee experience that allows our team members to do such meaningful, impactful work in the community,” says Patricia Stumpp, Vice President of Human Resources at OhioGuidestone.

OhioGuidestone employs over 1,000 people throughout Ohio, including in many of the 22 counties in the Northeast Ohio region as identified by ERC (Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Crawford, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne.)

In 1998, ERC established the NorthCoast 99 annual awards program and event to help make the region a long-term destination of choice for companies and high-performing individuals.

The NorthCoast 99 awards program has evolved with winning organizations demonstrating how the employee experience continues to be a top priority.
