OhioGuidestone Leadership Updates

Celebrating Growth, Recognition, and Impact with OhioGuidestone Leadership Updates.

Strong leadership is at the heart of our mission at OhioGuidestone to provide supportive, community-based behavioral health care. We’re proud to share exciting OhioGuidestone leadership updates that acknowledge external recognition and internal growth across our organization’s leadership.

Recognizing Leadership Excellence in Health Care

We’re proud to celebrate OhioGuidestone’s President and CEO, Brant Russell, who has been named a Crain’s Cleveland Business Notable Leader in Health Care. This recognition honors leaders who are advancing health care through innovation, service, and community impact across Northeast Ohio.

Brant’s leadership has been instrumental in expanding access to behavioral healthcare, strengthening research initiatives, and enhancing wraparound supports for children, families, and communities across the state.

Statewide Impact with a New Executive Role

Holli Ritzenthaler

As part of our continued growth, Holli Ritzenthaler has stepped into the newly established role of Chief Program Officer.

In this role, Holli will oversee regional operations and program delivery across OhioGuidestone, ensuring alignment between clinical and operational priorities. The Chief Program Officer role is a strategic investment in strengthening organizational structure as OhioGuidestone continues to expand its reach across the state.

Previously serving as Vice President of Regional Operations, Holli has been widely recognized for her commitment to collaboration, excellence, and mission-driven leadership.

Advancing Regional Leadership

Tiffany Banks

We’re also excited to announce the promotion of Tiffany Banks to Vice President of Regional Operations.

In her new role, Tiffany will lead multiple regional teams, working closely with leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery across the communities we serve. Tiffany brings a strong track record of success from her previous role as Assistant Vice President, where she led teams focused on operational excellence and client care.

Tiffany will partner closely with Chief Program Officer Holli Ritzenthaler and regional leaders to continue building organizational strength and expanding impact statewide.

These OhioGuidestone leadership updates reflect our ongoing commitment to growth, achievement, and lifelong success. Please join us in congratulating Brant, Holli, and Tiffany on these well-deserved achievements and milestones.
