OhioGuidestone Strengthens Leadership Team to Meet New Phase of Growth
(Berea, OH) — OhioGuidestone, the state leader in community behavioral health, today announced two key leadership promotions that reflect the organization’s continued growth and its commitment to strengthening support for regional operations across Ohio.

Holli Ritzenthaler has been promoted to Chief Program Officer (CPO), a newly created executive role designed to oversee regional operations and enhance program delivery statewide. Tiffany Banks has been promoted to Vice President of Regional Operations, where she will lead multiple regional teams and partner closely with organizational leadership to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
As OhioGuidestone expands its reach and deepens its impact across the state, refining leadership structure is an essential step to ensuring teams receive the support and coordination needed to meet growing community needs.
“As our organization continues to grow and expand, it’s important that our leadership structure evolves to ensure our regional teams have the support, coordination, and strategic focus they need to succeed,” said Brant Russell, President & CEO of OhioGuidestone. “Holli and Tiffany both bring exceptional leadership, passion, and a deep commitment to our mission. These promotions will help position us for the next phase of growth.”
As Chief Program Officer, Ritzenthaler will focus on supporting regional leaders, removing barriers to efficient service delivery, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment between clinical and operational priorities. With Ritzenthaler overseeing program and operational leadership, Russell noted that he will be able to devote additional time to external partnerships, strategy, and long‑term sustainability efforts that benefit all regions.
Previously the Vice President of Regional Operations, Ritzenthaler has been recognized for her collaborative approach, program expertise, and dedication to OhioGuidestone’s mission.
“I am honored to serve in this new role and to continue supporting our remarkable regional teams,” said Ritzenthaler. “Our staff work tirelessly to change lives, and my focus will be on strengthening coordination, improving systems, and ensuring every region has what they need to deliver the highest‑quality care.”
Banks will step into the role of Vice President of Regional Operations after serving successfully as Assistant Vice President. She will oversee teams across multiple counties, partner with regional leaders, and work closely with the new Chief Program Officer to enhance quality, consistency, and operational excellence across programs.
“I am grateful for this opportunity and excited to continue supporting our regional teams,” said Banks. “OhioGuidestone is built on strong relationships, with our staff, our partners, and the individuals we serve. I am committed to strengthening those relationships and ensuring that every region is equipped to provide exceptional care.”
Ritzenthaler expressed strong confidence in Banks’ leadership, adding:
“Tiffany has built a solid foundation in every region she has led. Her passion, staff-centered leadership, and commitment to high‑quality services make her an invaluable partner as we continue building organizational strength statewide.”
Russell emphasized that both promotions reflect OhioGuidestone’s commitment to ensuring its leadership structure grows in alignment with the organization.
