These new offerings provide comprehensive primary care services designed to provide you and your family pathways for growth, achievement and lifelong success. What If I Don’t Have Insurance?

OhioGuidestone’s Primary Care Services are available for all ages regardless of your ability to pay. We can accept Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, or payment on a sliding scale based on income.

We’re currently offering Primary Care Services to current OhioGuidestone clients at the Lorain County office Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. To make an appointment call 440.260.6100.

Currently we are only serving the Lorain County area but are working to expand access to Primary Care Services at additional OhioGuidestone locations.
