OhioGuidestone Receives 2023 NorthCoast 99 Award
Recognized for Top Talent
Berea, Ohio, Sept. 1, 2023 – OhioGuidestone, the state’s leader in community behavioral health, has been named a 2023 NorthCoast 99 award winner for top talent!
The NorthCoast 99 awards are presented by ERC, the Employers Resource Council, and honors 99 Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent.
NorthCoast 99 winning organizations were required to provide information on topics including how an organization addresses top-performer attraction, development, and retention in strategy, policies, and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding; employee well-being; employee engagement and talent development; total rewards; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In 1998, ERC established the NorthCoast 99 annual awards program and event to help make the region a long-term destination of choice for companies and high-performing individuals.
