Tiffany represented OhioGuidestone and our extensive School counseling services programs, highlighting our partnership with Metro Health Systems to implement an integrated health model that increased mental and behavioral health services at Lincoln West, a Cleveland Metro School District school.
OhioGuidestone provides school wide mental health education, case management, classroom and staff consultations, social and emotional learning groups and collaboration with teachers, staff, parents and Other Providers.
The 2024 Annual Ohio School-Based Health Care Conference: Healthy Kids Learn Better brought school-based health care partners together for a day of connection and learning.
The agenda included tracks for equity and social determinants of health, comprehensive integrated care, and innovation, data, and technology solutions, for school-based health care partners, school nurses, school community health workers, school social workers, and school administrators.
