Improved Overdose Prevention Highlighted in Toledo Blade
Experts at OhioGuidestone were recently interviewed by Sheila Howard, to be featured in The Toledo Blade for their expertise in overdose prevention. In this recent article, OhioGuidestone staff, Jerilyn Neeper, Nurse Practitioner and Victoria Graham, Regional Director of Operations, discussed the importance of empowering non-medical bystanders with access to Naloxone (Narcan®), a life-saving medication that can reverse opioid overdoses. Our organization is committed to providing the education and resources needed to equip Ohioans with the knowledge and confidence to take action in an overdose emergency and recovery.
