OhioGuidestone is happy to introduce Measurement-Based Care (MBC) as a tool for our clients to keep a better pulse on their mental health. MBC ensures that your experience is at the center of care, empowering you as an active partner in your care process.
Why Measurement-Based Care is an Important Part of Your Mental Health Journey

- Understand yourself: Access insights that better help you understand your mental health journey and communicate your needs to providers.
- Recognize symptom changes: By taking regular assessments, you can easily keep a pulse on your symptoms, allowing you to recognize patterns and what influences your ups and downs.
- Partner in your care: Feel empowered with the knowledge and language to discover what’s important with your provider, collaborate on decisions, and actively participate in your mental health care.
- Find hope when you need it: Progress is not always linear. MBC allows you to find hope throughout your care by showcasing all the progress you’ve made in your journey.
How MBC Works
- Complete quick and simple assessments: Completed regularly, on your desktop, phone, tablet, or in session with your provider.
- Log into your account: View and visualize your progress.
- Review your results: Reflect on what you feel is important to talk with your provider about at your next session.
- Talk with your provider about your treatment plan and goals: Collaborate in session so you can be on the same page when discussing your progress and making treatment decisions.
