Local Family is the driving force behind a community effort
Margaret Bosela-Klinzing, had an idea a few years back to teach her three kids that kindness is good and helping others is part of our purpose.
Her family, husband Mike and the three kids, adopted a needy family over the holidays and provided them with gifts, from coats, hats and gloves to fun stuff, like skateboards and bikes. It felt good. So they doubled down the next year, and the year after that, and the year after that.
Last year they helped more than 50 families and now Bosela-Klinzing is the driving force behind a community effort to serve 100-plus families — double last year’s total — who get services from the nonprofit OhioGuidestone.
