OhioGuidestone STARLight Center

The STARLight Center at 336 E. Locust Street in Lancaster, Ohio, in partnership with the Fairfield County ADAMH board, offers voluntary residential mental health crisis stabilization and substance use disorder treatment for adults 18 and older plus ReadyCare walk-in clinics for behavioral health, and outpatient offices of OhioGuidestone.

Mental Health Crisis Stabilization

Built in 2024, the STARLight Center offers a modern, co-ed, therapeutic, and compassionate environment to facilitate healing. Rooms have state-of-the-art safety features designed specifically for mental health crisis stabilization, and 24/7 access to OhioGuidestone’s compassionate team of licensed professionals.

Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Residential Treatment

Recovery is possible at the STARLight Center. The SUD treatment floor has housing for 12 residents to work on their sobriety and find their path to recovery.

Stays are up to 30 days and include structured recovery programming with support from OhioGuidestone nurse practitioners, clinicians, and counselors.

Discharge Planning

Upon discharge, residents maintain their progress through outpatient treatment while their OhioGuidestone team sets them up for success with post-treatment support, volunteer activities, and housing if needed.

Outpatient Treatment

The STARlight Center offers evidence-based outpatient treatment for mental health and substance use disorder for men and women 18 and over.

This includes:

  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • Individual therapy sessions

No appointment is necessary at STARLight’s ReadyCare Walk-in Clinic for Behavioral Health also located at 336 E. Locust Street in Lancaster, provides same-day access to substance use disorder services during walk-in hours including:

  • Substance Use Assessment
  • Medication for Alcohol & Substance Use (Adults Only)**
  • Substance Use Disorder Counseling & Therapy
  • Support for Other Behavioral Health Concerns
  • **Medication for substance use is typically available either on the same day or at a second appointment based on the client’s individualized medical assessment.
