Growing Need for Foster Parents in NW Ohio

Inquiries are coming in after WTOL-TV aired a news story about OhioGuidestone’s foster care services, and the joys of being a foster parent. WTOL reporter TaTiana Cash featured NW Ohio Foster Coordinator Allison McQueen and three current OhioGuidestone foster parents. The story focused on the gratifying experiences of the current foster parents, and the need for more people who are willing to become OhioGuidestone foster parents, especially for children considered medically fragile.

Allison and OhioGuidestone Foster Care Director Deb Gault, have been working hard on a campaign to meet the growing need for OhioGuidestone trained and licensed foster parents in Northwest Ohio.
