Top Talent Award Goes to OhioGuidestone
Berea, Ohio, August 23, 2024 – OhioGuidestone has once again been honored with a top workplace award from Employers Resource Council (ERC). The ERC named OhioGuidestone a 2024 NorthCoast 99 award winner for the 2nd consecutive year.
The prestigious NorthCoast 99 award honors 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent. OhioGuidestone President and CEO, Brant Russell said “to receive this award once was an honor, to receive it a second time is even better because it reaffirms the impact we are making on not just the lives of our clients, but the lives of our employees as well. NorthCoast 99 winners participated in a rigorous application process that asked for detailed information on how their organization addresses top-performer attraction, development, and retention in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion; employee engagement and talent development; employee well-being; organizational strategy, policies, and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding; and total rewards.
